Bulk Import Guide

Import hundreds of keyword mappings at once using a CSV file. Perfect for large sites or migrating from another tool.

CSV Format

Your CSV file must use the following format (header row required):

keyword,url,max_links
"internal linking",/blog/internal-linking-guide/,2
"WordPress SEO",/blog/wordpress-seo-tips/,1
"content marketing",/blog/content-marketing/,2

Import Process

  1. Go to Auto Linker → Import/Export
  2. Click Choose File and select your CSV
  3. Choose import mode: Merge (keep existing) or Replace (start fresh)
  4. Click Import
  5. Review the import summary

Troubleshooting Imports

  • File not accepted: Ensure the file is saved as .csv (not .xlsx)
  • Encoding errors: Save your CSV as UTF-8
  • Large files: Split files over 500 rows into multiple imports of 250
